Passport Information
Passports are required to travel out of the United States. When applying you must provide the documentation:
- Proof of citizenship (certified birth certificate issued by the city, state or county), naturalization certificate
- Valid driver's license, current government id, or current military id
- Photocopy of id
- Application fee
- Two passport photos (less expensive at Walgreens or CVS)
