Legal names, birth dates, addresses and telephone numbers are required at time of booking any travel package.
Passport Information
Passports are required to travel out of the United States. When applying you must provide the following documentation:
- Proof of citizenship (certified birth certificate issued by the city, state or county), naturalization certificate
- Valid driver's license, current government id, or current military id
- Photocopy of id
- Application fee
- Two passport photos (less expensive at Walgreens or CVS)
