This is the wedding day coordination package.  This package is designed for the bride that has completed all of her planning and signed all contracts with vendors.  We will act as a point of contact to ensure a smooth ceremony and reception allowing the bride, groom, and family to be free to enjoy their special day.

This is the ultimate wedding in personalized all-inclusive package for the bride.  This package will allow you to be better prepared to enjoy the experience.  The Platinum package combines “The Engagement” and “I Do” with additional services.

Bar & Beverage Service/Wait Staff
 
Our services will accommodate the smallest the largest event.  Our professional bartenders will arrange and fully prep the bars for service.  Our wait staff will assist in the set-up/break-down and cleaning.
 
  • TABC Certified bartender
  • Portable bar and glasses
  • Number of bartenders/wait staff depends on the amount of guest expected
  • Lemons, limes, cherries, and olives
  • You are responsible for providing alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Assistance with quantity of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Three hour minimum service
 
 
Candy Buffet
 
Looking for something different for your guest?  Not sure what to give your guest as a favor.  Create a beautiful display that everyone will talk about for months to come, an amazing presentation, a definite “WOW” factor.  A candy buffet will satisfy your guests need for sweets long after the cake has been cut.  Beautiful glass vases filled with your favorite candy or sweet treats.  $3.50 to $10.00 per person.

Kids Table
 
Weddings are aimed to entertain the adults.  Make the kids feel special by letting us create a table for your tiny guest.  Cost based on number of kids and activities desired.

Pricing Information
 
The packages represent some of our more common services.  However, each couple has different needs.  Each package is customized to fit the needs and vision of the bride.  Packages start at $800 (excludes candy buffet, bar & wait staff service, and kids table).  Pricing is determined by the level of services selects, location of ceremony/reception, size of wedding party, and number of guests.
