I gathered as many family members as I could to take a family cruise. I gave Dana a range of dates and destinations and she made it happen. Through all the questions and suggestions from every family member, Dana maintained her sanity and professionalism. She assisted us with useful information on passport requirements to tips on cruising. She calmly handled any issue we put before her; whether it be deposit troubles, missing birth certificates, last second payments, etc. I'm sure she has multiple projects going on at any given time, but she made myself and my family feel as though we were the only booking on her calander. My family and I are greatly appreciative for all she did to make our family cruise go off without a hitch. Some of them were first time cruisers. Your informative emails kept us excited and prepared for our fun time together at sea. You will definately be recommended to anyone I know that has a party or traveling plans in the near future.
